The new 433-acre Grandscape mixed-use development in The Colony, Texas is expected to become a premier destination as a mixed-use lifestyle center. Starting from the retail focus at Grandscape Boulevard and culminating at a corporate plaza overlooking Destination Drive, the 2.5M sq. ft. master plan incorporates 1.5M sq. ft. of class A commercial office real estate. This workplace district will complement retail, entertainment, and restaurant venues as well as future multi-family apartments, hotel, and spa that are part of the overall vision.
Grandscape’s commercial office development will sit on the east edge of the 400-acre site and include three new office towers, each standing 17 stories tall and measure 500,000 sq. ft. of leasable office space, along with internal tenant amenities and integrated structured parking accommodating approximately 6,000 parking spaces.
At Grandscape the health and safety of staff and visitors are a top priority. The underlying goal of the development therefore is to deliver a new corporate office environment that capitalizes on the most advanced understanding of the post-COVID workplace combined with an advanced environmental agenda. This project seeks to be the benchmark for future office development standards and promote a new framework for healthy interior work environments.
