TTEC is a leading global innovator in digital customer experience technology and services. Recently, the company was looking to fill over 400 job openings in the Kansas City metro, and as a result, they moved into Aspiria. The new office design is centered around TTEC’s branding and colors and creates a modern and inviting space while staying true to the company’s roots.
In addition to overhauling the floor and installing new LED lighting, the existing HVAC, plumbing, and power systems were deemed compatible and did not require an upgrade. Our MEP engineering team evaluated TTEC’s old Variable Air Volume (VAV) system and determined that it was still functional and in good shape. As a result, TTEC avoided unnecessary replacement costs and enjoyed energy-efficient workspaces with the installation of new LED lighting. Overall, the renovation project was a success and provided TTEC with a welcoming and modern workspace that matched the company’s branding while staying true to its roots.
