Hoefer Welker’s Director of Interiors, Tiffany Kalloor, was featured in Healthcare Construction + Operations magazine’s Designer Roundtable: “Environments That Heal," discussing how our team blends evidence-based design, safety, and compassion to shape behavioral health environments that promote dignity, autonomy, and recovery.
Drawing from projects like UT Southwestern and Children's Mercy + Camber Mental Health Wellness Campus, Tiffany highlights design choices that balance patient safety with comfort and adaptability—reinforcing our belief that every healthcare environment should heal both body and mind.
As director of interior design for the Dallas office, Tiffany uses her leadership and organizational strengths in space planning and design to solve complex problems for clients. Through a collaborative approach, Tiffany works in all disciplines and with a variety of vendors to formulate the most effective and highest-quality environment for clients in healthcare, higher education and commercial sectors. Tiffany has led teams in multiple project types and brings a broad perspective of design solutions, technical knowledge, environmental graphic application and branding methodologies. Her work has been published in architectural journals, and she is an active member of the International Interior Design Association in Dallas.
