Serving as the Managing Principal of Hoefer Welker’s Dallas office, Tiffany provides leadership across the studio while continuing to guide design excellence. A highly collaborative leader, she works closely with clients, internal teams, and industry partners from project kickoff through completion. Tiffany’s experience spans from healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors, bringing strategic oversight, creative problem-solving, and a focus on environments that support health and wellness.
