KBP Corporate Headquarters

KBP, one of the fastest-growing franchise organizations in the US, recently unveiled its state-of-the-art headquarters in Leawood, Kansas. This impressive 120,000-square-foot, four-story building is a testament to KBP's three core values: Loyalty, Decisiveness, and Team, as indicated by the three bold diagonal lines featured in the architectural design accentuating the brand's forward-thinking ethos. The headquarters, designed by Hoefer Welker, boasts an innovative floor plan layout, inspiring design details, and a modern aesthetic. The company's growth strategy, dubbed the "Recipe for Good Growth," is embodied in the building's design, which enables expansion and furthers KBP's positive impact on its employees and community.

The new headquarters is more than just an office space; it's a hub of innovation and collaboration. The building hosts eight dedicated collaboration zones, including a sizable breakroom that accounts for nearly a quarter of the third floor, designed for flexible usage, from daily lunches to impromptu meetings and formal gatherings.
