KBP, one of the fastest-growing franchise organizations in the US, recently unveiled its state-of-the-art headquarters in Leawood, Kansas. This impressive 120,000-square-foot, four-story building is a testament to KBP's three core values: Loyalty, Decisiveness, and Team, as indicated by the three bold diagonal lines featured in the architectural design accentuating the brand's forward-thinking ethos. The headquarters, designed by Hoefer Welker, boasts an innovative floor plan layout, inspiring design details, and a modern aesthetic. The company's growth strategy, dubbed the "Recipe for Good Growth," is embodied in the building's design, which enables expansion and furthers KBP's positive impact on its employees and community.
The new headquarters is more than just an office space; it's a hub of innovation and collaboration. The building hosts eight dedicated collaboration zones, including a sizable breakroom that accounts for nearly a quarter of the third floor, designed for flexible usage, from daily lunches to impromptu meetings and formal gatherings.
The innovative design continues with a unique oval-shaped executive conference room for dynamic discussions, symbolizing their core value of Decisiveness. To promote Team gatherings and embody the company's third core value, a sleek glass central staircase connects all floors, fostering an environment of unity and cooperation.
The interior design of KBP's headquarters is steeped in sophisticated elegance and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Designed to blend residential comfort with commercial functionality, the office space boasts a neutral color palette, natural patterns, textures, and ample daylight. The organization's logo and color palette, signifying Loyalty, are seamlessly integrated into the design features. This new headquarters, developed with current needs and future expansion in mind, is a testament to KBP's Recipe for Good Growth. It stands as a symbol of the company's commitment to its employees, stakeholders, and the greater community.
