Due to response times, safety concerns and accessibility, the location for this new police station was non-negotiable. Due to a contaminated site more than 300,000 cubic yards of new soil was laid, consuming almost a third of the overall budget. Hoefer Welker met the client’s budget while providing to the high-level of design.
