The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs desired a modern, adaptable facility to meet the complex healthcare needs of veterans and their families and replace their two overcrowded clinics. The new, three-story outpatient clinic was a major expansion of the healthcare services available to the community. The clinic handles nearly 26,000 appointments per year and is the largest clinic in north Florida/south Georgia.

This new clinic improved care by consolidating multiple services including: mental health, women’s care, cardiology, surgery, endoscopy, dermatology, urology, ENT, podiatry/orthopedics, dental, diagnostic imaging and other specialty services. The third floor houses specialty services including a 2,400 sq. ft. dental clinic. This clinic includes four operatories, two hygienist spaces, x-ray, prosthetics labs, training and administrative rooms. The design offers a flexible layout to accommodate future growth and technology.
