How CRE Transforms Healthcare in Kansas City: Insights from the 2025 Healthcare Summit
The MetroWire Media 2025 KC Healthcare Summit, hosted by Hoefer Welker's Kansas City office, highlighted the transformative impact of the $53 million
At The Vue luxury apartment complex in downtown Overland Park, don’t be surprised to find the types of amenities you’d expect to see in downtown Kansas City.
Hunt Midwest developed the $49 million project at 7201 W. 80th St. and welcomed its first residents in April, but finishing touches have been completed in recent months. The complex already is 50% leased, something the company is thrilled to see so early on, said Jenni Mann, director of residential marketing for Hunt Midwest.
Sitting on 2.5 acres, the 219-unit complex also includes about 8,600 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 340-space parking garage.
Floor plans include one- and two-bedroom units ranging from $1,200 to $2,200 a month.
The units include luxury touches throughout, such as custom kitchen cabinets with soft-close drawers, quartz counters, nest thermostats and stainless-steel appliances. Each unit comes with a balcony and a full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.
Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, an outdoor courtyard with seating areas, an outdoor bar with grills, an event kitchen area for residents, a fitness center with Peleton bikes, a game and entertainment room, a pet washing station, a bike repair and storage room, and trash and recycling valet services.
