A first-of-its-kind Class A medical office building will soon be breaking ground in Euless.
Dallas-based Dominus Commercial is developing the four-story, 103,750-square-foot building at the intersection of Westpark Court and Dock McGinnis Drive. Both the land and the building will be owned by a group of local physicians, led by Dr. Jeff Livingston, CEO of MacArthur Medical Center, who will work out of the building and provide varied and complementary services that patients can access under one roof.
Building amenities will include an on-site imaging center, labs, a café, fitness center, pharmacy, a med spa, balconies and conference rooms. Floor plates will average 21,100 square feet. Though the project is still a few weeks away from breaking ground, it is already about 45 percent leased. Dominus is handling leasing for the property, while Hoefer Welker and MODUS Architecture have designed it. Talley Riggins Construction Group will build it.
