The JE Dunn + Hoefer Welker Integrated Design-Build Team has been awarded the 90,450 square foot renovation project at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida. Renovations to the existing three-story 1950’s era hospital will include correct sizing and rearrangement of the clinic to optimize efficiency and adjacencies and integrating the Florida gulf coast aesthetic into the interior design. This will open flexibility for the 325th Medical Group to provide patient-centered care for both active military and veterans. Services offered will include a pharmacy, radiology, optometry, physical therapy, dental, laboratory, and mental health. The project is expected to complete by mid to late 2018.
