The Ingram’s 2009-2010 Fittest Execs and Fittest Companies Challenge included about 130 Kansas City local competitors. Over three months, employees within the firms joined together to lose weight and get in shape. Hoefer Welker’s Jessie Kovaleski was awarded “Most Weight Loss” in the competition.
Jessie was featured in an Ingram’s magazine publication featuring stories of the winners. Jessie lost 49 pounds by working out at least three times a week, having a grapefruit for breakfast, drinking three to five liters of water a day, upping her protein, eating a lot of vegetables and no junk food. Way to go Jessie!
Randy Brown was also recognized as one of “The Most Fit Individuals” based on scores of 140-150 points. Randy scored 140! Congratulations to all who participated in the challenge.
