Hoefer Welker named one of the Best Companies to Work For

Hoefer Welker Architects has been doing very well for an average year in our industry. But this is no average year. While the industry is down about 30% over the last five years, Hoefer Welker has grown by 75% in that same time. In recognition of this success and other factors, our firm was named a finalist among small companies for  Kansas City’s Best Companies to Work For by Ingram’s Magazine.

Six winners and six finalists were named by looking at the vision for the firm, financial performance and outlook, benefits and compensation, professional development and the firm’s culture. The list includes some other names you might know like Commerce Bank, Henderson Engineers, Barkley, Verizon, Burns & McDonnell, Hyatt Regency Crown Center,  Teva Neuroscience and Turner Construction.
