How CRE Transforms Healthcare in Kansas City: Insights from the 2025 Healthcare Summit
The MetroWire Media 2025 KC Healthcare Summit, hosted by Hoefer Welker's Kansas City office, highlighted the transformative impact of the $53 million
In partnership with US Federal Properties, we are pleased to announce that three of our federal government projects have been recognized by the Design-Build Institute of America – Mid America Region (DBIA-MAR) with a 2013 DBIA-MAR Award.
The three projects consisted of a Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Laredo, Texas, the US Attorney’s Office in Muskogee, Okla., and the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The VA Clinic in Laredo, Texas and the US Department of Homeland Security office in Salt Lake City were both awarded merit awards in their respective categories. The United States Attorney’s Office in Muskogee, Oklahoma took the top award in its category of commercial under $10 million and was recognized with an institute honor award.
Congratulations to the project teams that worked on each of these facilities and to the developer, US Federal Properties!
