The firm’s role involves turning the tower into a mixed-use space with a luxury hotel, offices, and improved streetscape, balancing local significance with modern design. The revamped space will offer robust amenities, including a ballroom, meeting spaces, a pool, shops, an upper-level restaurant and three street-level dining options.
