Hoefer Welker announced Tuesday the firm has promoted three principals to partner.
President Rob Welker said that the firm is thrilled for the new heights that will be achieved from the continued leadership of Elise Kirchhofer, Michael Goslinga and Patrick McCurdy.
“We couldn’t ask for more dedicated or talented professionals representing our firm,” Welker said in a release. “These three principals have expertly led some of the most critical projects in the region across numerous market sectors.”
Kirchhofer was promoted from COO and has two decades of experience with mechanical systems design and project leadership. She has worked in the health care, education and commercial sectors for Hoefer Welker, leading the firm’s MEP engineering services. Previously, Kirchhofer had leadership roles with a commercial real estate firm and a general contractor.
She was listed in the Kansas City Business Journal’s 20 to Know in Engineering. Kirchhofer is also a 2016 Women Who Mean Business honoree.
