Grandview Hosts 'Wallbreaking' Ahead Of Police, City Hall Renovations

Grandview, Missouri is a thriving community with a rich history and a strong sense of community. However, like many communities, it faced challenges with outdated infrastructure that hindered its growth and safety.

Hoefer Welker was entrusted with the task of assessing, renovating, and expanding key municipal facilities including the Police Department, DMV, City Hall, and Fire Stations. Despite a limited budget and a demanding program, our team devised innovative solutions to position the City for a prosperous future.
