Designed to be a prominent landmark visible from Texas-358, it features landscaped paths, a welcoming entry plaza, and a transparent façade for easy navigation. The building's design maximizes natural light, promotes a calming atmosphere, and enhances staff well-being. Additionally, it prioritizes sustainability with energy-efficient features aiming for Two Green Globes certification.
