Grandview Hosts 'Wallbreaking' Ahead Of Police, City Hall Renovations

The Grandview Police Department and City Hall are getting a new look after being open for almost five decades. Grandview, Missouri is a thriving community with a rich history and a strong sense of community. However, like many communities, it faced challenges with outdated infrastructure that hindered its growth and safety.

Hoefer Welker was entrusted with the task of assessing, renovating, and expanding key municipal facilities including the Police Department, DMV, City Hall, and Fire Stations. Despite a limited budget and a demanding program, our team devised innovative solutions to position the City for a prosperous future.

The 'Wallbreaking' initiated the official start of construction on this project, stay tuned for more news to watch as this project comes to life. Click on the link below to watch the news coverage of this event and see the community speak about what this project means to them!
