Architect Hoefer Welker: 800 Grand will help reinvigorate development along corridor

The 800 Grand project, a $250 million development designed by Hoefer Welker, is set to transform Grand Boulevard in Kansas City. The 25-story building will revitalize the area with 318 modern apartments (mainly one- and two-bedroom units) and 24,000 square feet of retail space, bringing fresh energy to the urban core.

A 438-space garage will support residential and retail needs, while the design blends modern elements with Kansas City's architectural heritage. Ground-floor retail with floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio will create a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.
