To recognize the developers, architects, and other players who brought new real estate projects to the metro area, the Kansas City Business Journal selected CityPlace as one of the twenty-six projects for the 2024 Capstone Real-Estate Awards. CityPlace Corporate Center IV  is an addition to a four office building development totaling over 600,000 SF of office space. It's also part of larger 28 acre mixed-use development that includes office, retail, restaurant, and multi-family.
