Principal 

With international healthcare architecture experience, Haewon has been an integral part of the planning and design of healthcare projects of all scopes and sizes. She has extensive experience working on all phases of projects, from concept design to construction administration, where she ensures that organizational business strategies and clinical processes align with campus and facility solutions. She currently leads the firm’s clinical planning team. She is an active member of the Dallas AIA Women in Architecture Committee and was involved in the Dallas AIA Advanced Leadership Program.
