As Vice President and Hoefer Welker’s Technical Director, Frances brings over 25 years of experience. She utilizes her extensive experience to establish and promote a culture focused on high-quality design, with an emphasis on technical resolution of design challenges. She develops and implements the HW Quality Program to ensure all projects are accurately and efficiently documented. She prioritizes mentoring staff in technical excellence and implementing firmwide technical initiatives.
