Having practiced as an architect, Chris brings an advantageous perspective to his role of CFO. He can effectively navigate and merge the distinct black and white lines of accounting with the gray areas found in the subjective world of architecture. Under Chris’ leadership, Hoefer Welker’s annual revenue and staff size have more than tripled in recent years, even amid economic downturns. Chris has played a pivotal role in our national expansion and the establishment of our Dallas studio. In 2018, Chris was named a CFO of the Year by the Kansas City Business Journal.
