The 32-story North Tower offers 390 residential units, ranging from studios to penthouses, with curated amenities and integrated parking. At the center, a 15-story hotel includes 282 keys and a rooftop experience that engages the surrounding skyline. The 11-story South Tower provides 124,000 square feet of Class A office space designed to support flexibility, collaboration, and tenant engagement.
Together, the towers create a balanced composition that supports a vibrant, mixed-use experience. Thoughtful planning and strong connections to the adjacent Crossroads Arts District reinforce the project’s role as both a destination and an extension of Kansas City’s evolving urban fabric. Phased completion beginning in 2029, with full buildout anticipated around 2030.
