Located in south Overland Park’s primary corporate corridor, the CityPlace Corporate Centre master plan establishes a dynamic, mixed-use campus designed for long-term growth. The 26-acre development brings together Class A office, residential, retail, and outdoor amenities to create a connected live-work-play environment.


Planned as a phased development, the campus includes four office buildings totaling more than 430,000 square feet, supported by integrated parking and pedestrian-friendly connections.
