D CEO Magazine recently featured the transformational redevelopment of Bank of America Plaza, highlighting the City of Dallas’ approval and financial support for the $400 million first phase. The project’s vision is to reinvigorate downtown through a complete renovation of the city’s tallest building, a new 275-room convention-center hotel, street-level restaurants, and a 69th-floor restaurant and lounge.
