Transformational Bank of America Plaza Redevelopment Gets Boost from City

D CEO Magazine recently featured the transformational redevelopment of Bank of America Plaza, highlighting the City of Dallas’ approval and financial support for the $400 million first phase. The project’s vision is to reinvigorate downtown through a complete renovation of the city’s tallest building, a new 275-room convention-center hotel, street-level restaurants, and a 69th-floor restaurant and lounge. Led by developers Hoque Global and PegasusAblon, with Hoefer Welker as design partner for both the hotel and office components, the project is positioned to serve as a catalyst for continued revitalization across Dallas’s Central Business District.
