Olathe Health Physicians Inc. opened its $2.2 million Hedge Lane clinic.
The 9,400-square-foot clinic at 2090 W. Dartmouth St. includes facilities for primary care, radiology, X-ray and lab services.
Lead architect Hoefer Welker stated that the clinic was designed as a reusable prototype, with physician pods that can easily be replicated if the clinic expands.
“Unlike traditional urgent-care facilities, the Hedge Lane Clinic has radiology, X-ray and lab capabilities with primary care and family medicine physicians and nurses to provide diagnostic and treatment services,” Hoefer Welker Principal-in-Charge Jim Stearman said in a statement. “The goal was to create an iconic, one-stop facility that would efficiently meet health care needs of the surrounding community.”
