Spring Hill Mayor Steven Ellis recently dedicated the new police station to Donald Stephens. Pictured above is wife of Stephens, Paula, and Police Chief Richard Mann, cutting the ribbon to honor her late husband. The station has been dedicated to him as he served on the Spring Hill Public Safety Advisory Board and the Fire District #1 Board of Directors. He had a long history of civic and community service including Mayor from 1991-1992, City Council Member and Council President from 1985-1991.
