Hoefer Welker and JE Dunn have recently been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for design-build and initial outfitting services for the US Army Corps of Engineers as a design-build team. Our first project under this award is Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. This is the second MATOC award and ninth task order for the team.
