Our firm is pleased to announce that our very own Jason Gardner received a Kansas City Business Journal ImpacT award in the “cutting expenses” category. This award program recognizes individuals in the Kansas City area for projects that have positively impacted their companies’ internal operations, efficiency and financial performance through the use of new or existing technology.
As the BIM Manager, Jason has helped implement an enhanced digital design review process which has resulted in a 7-10% reduction in printing costs and significantly improved project communication. His frequent use of web conferencing for client presentations and project meetings has helped reduce our firms travel expenses by 15% and his creation of various reports during the design and construction phases of projects has helped our firm improve operations by tracking, updating, and maintaining information to improve and enhance decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Hoefer Welker was recipient of this award because of our ability to save money, increase efficiency and create a better experience for our clients. We are the only architecture firm that made the list of 13 recipients. Jason will receive the award at a ceremony provided by the Kansas City Business Journal on Nov 4, 2013. Congratulations, Jason! Everyone keep up the great work!
