Hoefer Welker Architecture was recently awarded the Marengo Memorial Hospital Master Plan project located in Marengo, Iowa. Work has started as Partner, Jim Stearman, participated in a three-day charrette to evaluate their existing campus’ needs. More space in each department, setting them up for growth within their outpatient area and increasing their service needs have been determined as high priorities. Improving their inpatient services has been discussed as well, with the potential of offering women and birthing services again. Our team consists of Mitchell Planning Associates, Henderson Engineers and Bob D. Campbell.
