The MetroWire Media 2025 KC Healthcare Summit, hosted by Hoefer Welker's Kansas City office, highlighted the transformative impact of the $53 million
Construction on Fall River Health Services, located in Hot Springs, South Dakota, is complete. This 83,000 SF replacement hospital includes 59,500 SF of new space and 23,500 SF long-term care.
Hoefer Welker Architecture provided master planning, architectural and interior design services for this 48-bed replacement hospital. We prepared a long-term master plan that de-institutionalized the facility, accommodating existing and future patient and staff needs and created a more flexible and functional floor plan to ease overall circulation flow.
