Hoefer Welker Architects continues to grow its staff. Over the past four months, we have made the following hires:
Sean Leiker has joined Hoefer Welker Architects’ Public Safety group. Sean has 11 years of architectural experience, primarily on public safety facilities, and is a graduate of Kansas State University’s College of Architecture, Planning & Design.
Josh Conard is a 2009 graduate of the Kansas State Masters program. He has had an internship with Clark Enersen Partners and spent the Spring 2008 semester studying in Italy. Josh will be working primarily as part of the Healthcare group.
Brando Uloho received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas. In addition to studying in Germany, Brandon has also assisted in the generation of design proposals with one of his professors for the city of Cairo. Brandon will be focused on healthcare and commercial projects.
Eric Rush has joined Hoefer Welker Architects as a Construction Administrator. Over the past 22 years, Eric has served in leadership positions for the construction of the Bartle Hall Expansion, Arrowhead Stadium renovations and Zona Rosa development. Eric is a registered architect and graduate of Kansas State University.
Shannon Ellingson has joined Hoefer Welker Architects as an Interior Designer. She has over five years of experience as an Interior Designer in the Kansas City area and is currently working on several healthcare projects.
Donnie Gillespie is a licensed architect and comes to us from HMN where he served in a Design/PA role on many healthcare projects. Donnie is a Kansas State University graduate with more than a decade of experience on healthcare and commercial projects. He will be contributing primarily to the firm’s Healthcare group as a Project Architect.
Joan Allen has joined Hoefer Welker Architects as an Interior Designer. Joan has six years of interior design experience and is a Certified Interior Designer with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and will be focusing primarily on healthcare projects.
Mary Abner has joined Hoefer Welker Architects as an Interior Designer, primarily in our Healthcare group. Mary has spent the past seven years designing interior spaces for healthcare and sporting facilities. She is a Kansas State University graduate and Certified Interior Designer with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
Ashley Joerger was hired as a Marketing Coordinator in June. Ashley graduated in May from Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, specializing in Public Relations. Ashley originally came to us as an Intern in the summer of 2010.
Janice Pancake rejoins the team handling a variety of administrative tasks. Janice previously worked for Hoefer Welker Architects as a Receptionist.
