As KBP Investments LLC prepares to move its headquarters to Three Hallbrook Place, interior designers from Hoefer Welker are working to ensure the new building is a world class space.
The project is under construction just southwest of College Boulevard and State Line Road in Leawood. KBP, one of the largest Yum! Brands franchisees, acquired the 8.46-acre property from an affiliate of the Hall Family Foundation last fall. The company will relocate to the four-story, 119,924-square-foot building from Corporate Woods in Overland Park.
Hoefer Welker interior designer Chelsea Johnson said working with developer VanTrust Real Estate LLC and Titan Construction throughout the design/build process kept everyone on the same page. Starting with KBP’s original plans, Johnson took an integrated approach to what was already laid out, incorporating the company’s core values into the design.
