Kansas City, Mo. — The Kansas City Business Journal has announced Hoefer Welker as a finalist for its 2021 Best Places to Work awards program.
Based largely on employee survey results, the KCBJ’s Best Places to Work awards program honors companies with high employee satisfaction rates, perks and benefits, advancement opportunities and positive company culture.
The 47 companies honored this year as Best Places to Work are divided into five categories: extra small, small, medium, large and extra large. Hoefer Welker placed as one of 11 finalists in the “medium companies” category, which recognizes organizations with 101-250 employees.
Among other employee benefits, Hoefer Welker offers continuing education assistance and sponsorship for professional development opportunities, flexible work schedules for employees to pursue community leadership activities, competitive salaries and bonuses, and a rich personal time off allowance.
“This honor reflects the most essential aims of our company culture and is a testament to the fantastic people within our firm,” said Hoefer Welker CEO and founder Mitch Hoefer. “We hope to always offer a workplace where our employees can thrive and achieve the top of their potential.”
