JE Dunn Construction has been awarded the$50 million, 64,420-square-foot hospital modernization facility to support the 99th Medical Group at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as the $30 million Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic HVAC Replacement, supporting the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York. The firm is making its mark in the military market. JE Dunn is partnered with Leawood, Kan. based architecture firm – Hoefer Welker for both projects.
JE Dunn and Hoefer Welker Architects have designed and constructed nearly $800 million in healthcare facilities at more than 13 military installations across the nation over the past ten years to support the U.S. Air Force Healthcare Facilities Modernization Program, a federal government program that allows the team to compete for the design and construction of healthcare facilities across the country at active military installations against a select pool of qualified teams.
