Hoefer Welker completed the 46 Penn Centre project in 2020, earning a 2021 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award for Offices.
While the Leawood location provided a space for the firm to increase in clients and employees, expanding its footprint to Dallas and Jacksonville, it has outgrown the space and is ready for a new atmosphere.
The design encompasses the entire 14th floor and has been expertly crafted with future growth in mind, allowing for adequate expansion as the firm looks to achieve 24 percent growth in the upcoming years.
The fully custom space includes features such as living rooms, kitchens, cafés, terraces, design labs and focus rooms.
