His role emphasizes solving client challenges, enhancing collaboration across the firm's offices, and sustainably expanding Hoefer Welker's national presence, particularly in Florida and Texas. Dinges, now based in Jacksonville, is enthusiastic about reconnecting with his hometown through his work with the firm's Kansas City headquarters.
