The Kansas City Business Journal's "Coolest Office Spaces" competition highlights innovative office designs that foster collaboration and creativity. Preuss Foster Law took the top spot this year with its modern, tech-forward office at Three Hallbrook Place in Leawood. Designed by Hoefer Welker, the 4,406-square-foot space features glass-fronted offices, natural light, custom furniture, and an open layout designed to boost teamwork, productivity, and employee engagement.
