Brooks Rehabilitation will build $70 million hospital on Mayo campus
Brooks Rehabilitation is set to build a $70 million inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the Mayo Clinic's Phoenix campus. Known for treating complex conditions like brain and spinal cord injuries, Brooks is expanding from Florida, where it is highly ranked, to Arizona. The new facility, designed by Hoefer Welker, will be an 80,000-square-foot, three-story hospital with 60 private rooms, expected to open in summer 2026. This expansion will create over 200 jobs and aligns with Brooks' mission to enhance rehabilitation care.
