Hoefer Welker is serving as architect for a proposed 33-story residential high-rise at 16th and Broadway in downtown Kansas City. Developed by EPC Real Estate Group in partnership with VeLa and in coordination with Port KC, the approximately $210 million project will introduce nearly 400 residential units to the urban core. The tower is designed to offer a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, structured parking, and thoughtfully integrated amenity spaces that enhance the downtown living experience. The team is currently seeking certain public incentives as part of the development process, with construction anticipated to begin following necessary approvals.
