Rob’s expertise includes mastery of the design-build delivery method, mixed-use development, project performance, and client satisfaction. Since joining Hoefer Welker in 2008, Rob remains focused on growth – growing the firm’s professional practice, mentoring the firm’s talent, developing communities, and advocating for youth-focused philanthropic organizations. Rob has been instrumental in leading the master planning for dozens of new mixed-use developments in the Kansas City area and the Dallas Metroplex. He is a strong advocate for creating a sense of place that meets clients’ financial targets while establishing an emotional connection with those who use it.
