Jonathan Grefaldon serves as a Principal and Workplace Practice Leader in Hoefer Welker’s Dallas office, leading the firm’s Commercial Studio and guiding the strategic national growth in the Workplace Market. With a career spanning 30 years and more than seven million square feet of diversified projects, his expertise encompasses base-building architecture, adaptive reuse, capital improvements, and high-performance workplace interiors.  In prior leadership roles, he partnered with executive leadership to develop annual growth strategies and business plans, resulting in 20% annual growth and improved regional efficiency. He has also led and directed multidisciplinary design efforts, working across disciplines and with subject matter experts to increase team productivity by 30%. Jonathan is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams and delivering clear, client-focused solutions.
