Hoefer Welker Architecture is pleased to announce that we have been selected to provide design-build services for Fire Station No. 39 in Kansas City, Missouri. Located at 47th and Sterling, this new 24-hour facility will accommodate a fully functional fire station that will include three bays with one pumper and one truck and will house two captains and 10 fire fighters. This $3.5 million project will be design to meet LEED Silver qualifications.
