David Leyte-Vidal is a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience delivering healthcare architecture. Since 2004, he has been a leader in project management and client leadership roles. His portfolio spans complex acute-care to outpatient work and is capable of guiding technically demanding, heavily regulated projects, including phased renovations in live clinical environments, from permitting through opening day. Long-standing client relationships, clear communication, and fluency in English and Spanish make him a trusted partner to owners, design teams, and contractors alike.
