2024 Sustainability Report

In 2025 the AIA 2030 Target will rise to 95% energy efficiency. While we remain steadfast in our commitment to achieving net zero by 2040, the drive to enhance performance continues to inspire us. Our dedication to sustainability is exemplified in our AIA Materials Pledge, where we prioritize a whole-building life cycle analysis to carefully evaluate materials throughout our process.

Our EPS team has also proudly joined the MEP 2040 Challenge, addressing operational and embodied carbon. Building on the progress made in 2024, we’ve trained a dedicated task force and gained significant momentum to elevate our designs, talents, and community impact. The journey toward a more sustainable future marches on!
