ATP Tour Headquarters

An international sports association, ATP Tour, relocated its headquarters to create a modern workplace that better supports its evolving workforce. Designed for both local and visiting staff, the new environment prioritizes flexibility, connection, and accessibility while offering a welcoming destination that encourages employees to return to the office and engage with one another.

The design balances the organization’s legacy with a refined, contemporary aesthetic, avoiding overt sports references while still reflecting its identity through subtle elements. Access to natural light and ocean views is shared across the workplace, with open lounge and café spaces serving as central hubs for collaboration and informal work. Glass-front offices and flexible meeting spaces maintain visual connectivity while supporting a range of work styles, from focused tasks to large gatherings.
