Tanya Wilson is the Director of Human Resources at Hoefer Welker. With over two decades of experience in human resources, Tanya is an expert in employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance and recruiting within the architecture industry. She joined Hoefer Welker in 2009 and has since been dedicated to supporting the firm's growth initiatives through her HR group. In addition, she holds a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and regularly participates in SHRM local and national events. Tanya is passionate about serving as a liaison for employees of Hoefer Welker while promoting its unique culture and providing HR guidance to leadership.
