With over two decades of experience in human resources, Tanya is an expert in employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance and recruiting within the architecture industry. Since joining the firm in 2009, she has supported its strategic growth initiatives while helping cultivate and sustain the firm’s culture. A SHRM-CP certified professional, Tanya is actively involved in local and national SHRM chapters and participates in the AIA Large Firm Roundtable HR group, providing trusted HR guidance to firm leadership.
