Sean Heiman is a vice president and project manager at Hoefer Welker who has a proven track record of success in the healthcare and higher education sectors. With over 15 years of experience, Sean's expertise spans planning, design, budgeting, scheduling management and construction administration. He is an expert at problem-solving, navigating government regulations and accommodating the needs of stakeholders. Sean had managed and designed award-winning projects across the country, including the San Jose VA Clinic and the Phoenix 32nd Street VA Clinic. He holds a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University, is part of AIA and is NCARB certified.
