James has 30+ years of experience in architecture and executive leadership. He has extensive experience in high-level, multi-disciplinary project management approaches and activities, including budgeting, feasibility, planning, zoning entitlement, programming, design, full and comprehensive construction management, and project fulfillment for a broad range of projects types with values of $1M to $115M. As the former owner of a full-service architectural design/build development firm, James was responsible for the multi-disciplined operational structure. He managed client relations as well as business development and marketing activities, directed due diligence and feasibility studies, performed integrated project budgeting throughout a project’s lifecycle, prepared sworn statements for funding and capital distribution. He will use this wealth of experience and knowledge to implement streamlined project delivery.
